This thing works great!! I have used a lot or robot vacuum / mop vacuums I have used so many.. I have to say it works great the battery is probably the best out of the other 5 that I have owned. The suction is great . I I did my first mapping and it didn’t have any problems or wonder around like it was lost.. the first vacuum was the same way.. I have a 2400 sq foot home and it handles no problems finishing with battery left over. It’s quieter then most but it is very loud when it goes back to the dock to empty.. I don’t mind it because to me it just means it sucking the dust bin out really well. The brush doesn’t get stuck on the roller at all . I would definitely recommend this product.. oh and the moping the best by far from my other. Vacuums . I love the roller and how it cleans its self as it mops.
There are so many other smart things this thing can do.. I would definitely check it out and definitely buy one.. it has helped so much with my allergies to be able to vac and mop every day when you have dogs. -
Upgrading from an older Roomba, I was immediately impressed by the advanced mapping, accurate object detection, and the seamless transition between mopping and carpet cleaning. The quiet operation truly surprised me – I could easily watch TV while it vacuumed without needing to crank up the volume.
After the initial mapping, this robot efficiently tackles both hardwood and carpet in a methodical zig-zag pattern. What’s great is its smarts: when it detects dirtier areas, it automatically makes repeated passes with strong suction, ensuring a thorough clean.
The automatic emptying of the dustbin and dirty water mid-cycle is a game-changer. I’ve completed five cleanings and haven’t had to empty either bin myself! This level of convenience means weeks of beautifully clean floors with virtually no effort on my part.
The Eufy app is well-integrated with their ecosystem. I love being able to divide my downstairs into specific rooms – it makes targeting high-traffic areas like the kitchen and dining room for quick cleanups a breeze. Plus, the app accurately identifies my rugs, allowing me to select a deep clean setting for the shaggier one. Features like off-peak charging, multi-floor mapping, and saved cleaning zones are fantastic additions.
Luckily my cat hasn’t had any accidents, the detachable hand vacuum is a welcome bonus. I can definitely see it being useful for future spills. I tested it on the rugs, and it performed adequately, though it’s clearly designed for quick spot treatments rather than deep cleaning without a specialized cleaner.
Finally, the unboxing experience was surprisingly smooth and intuitive. The thoughtful packaging made the initial setup quick and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic upgrade!

This thing is the real deal! I absolutely love it! It has cut down my household cleaning time significantly. I looked for a vac/mop combo for awhile and started with the Eufy Omni C20 with the idea that if it wasn’t up to snuff then I would send it back and try something else. Do not waste your time on the C20. It just swirls wet pads around and was basically dusting a bit as it vacuumed. It did not have good suction and left a lot to be desired. I sent it back and took a gamble on this one. I realized that to really be effective at moping that I would need a roller mop that would apply pressure as it mopped. The E28 fit the bill and I am so glad I tried it. The machine is easy to set up and use. It mapped the house quickly and went to work. I like that you can show it where rugs are and areas that you do not want it to go. The first few times that it mopped it was streaky, but that quickly went away the more it has been used. I have had it for a few weeks now and and I am very pleased with it’s performance. We have 2 dogs and it keeps their area spic and span. It has a “dirt sensor” feature so that when it senses a heavily soiled area it will focus on that spot until it it clean. It will even go back to that spot at the end of the cleaning cycle and go over it again just for good measure. The portable cleaner is also a plus. The only negative that I have found with it has been that the app causes my phone to crash sometimes when I use it. I don’t have to use it often since the initial setup so it isn’t that big of a deal. Even with that, I would highly recommend this unit.
