I only received one bottle not two bottles. Very disappointing

I only got one bottle despite the product description saying two. I’ve been using it for a couple of days. I’m not noticing a big difference between using this and just using water but hopefully it’s doing something.
I also had a hard time getting the little door to open on the base under the spot cleaner on the E28. It was really stiff and I was afraid to force it. Eventually I got my nerve up and really pulled on it and it opened.
