Thank you sooooo much Amazon for such a great deal. Picture quality, sound and appearance are amazing. I was able to use old the mount for this super 75 inch beauty.I also added service where Amazon delivers to the house and unpacks
and removes the large box and checks that the T.V. is in good working condition. Sony is the TOP of the line. I can’t be more happier. It was a gift to my daughter.

This tv replaced a slightly smaller, wall mounted 2014 Sony Bravia, which gave us an opportunity to compare picture quality, sound, ease of remote use, etc. It was a real eye opener.
It might be odd to start with the remote, but honestly, my husband can’t stop talking about it. Easy to use and logical placement of the buttons made it a hands down winner.
As for the tv, the new screen (which, to be fair, has a higher resolution than a 2014 model) has a sharp, crystal clear image. The speakers are strategically placed to direct sound beautifully, so much so that the new tv’s sound set at 26 was louder (using same video for comparison) than the older model set at 42. Instructions were clear; tv mounted quickly on the wall by one person. Google walked us through the installation in about 10 minutes. Spent the most time trying to decide which screen lighting we liked the best. Opted for the brighter at this time.
Between the price and the quality, I don’t feel you can go wrong with this model. It’s a great tv for a smaller family room/kitchen area. FWIW, we have a 65 inch OLED Sony in the living room. Surprisingly, the picture quality isn’t that different.
Anyway, I would definitely recommend this tv. I haven’t read the other reviews, but in my humble opinion, what’s not to love?

While I’ve had several plasmas and a potpourri of flatscreens I’ve never had an OLED. So, when I needed a HDTV for our pool house I was thinking about an OLED. With OLED I know it’s close to any current 2024 state of the art. But I could not rationalize spending more than for a 65″ OLED. I really didn’t want a 65″ HDTV for the pool house. I wanted a 85″ model. That was a bit of a problem too because 85″ quantum dot featuring local and/or mini LED dimming HDTVS (the kind that can stand up to OLED comparison) are in the 3K+ and up range. In my homes basement I have a 86″ LG with quantum dot tech and area LED dimming…but that one was around 2K a year ago when I got it. The current model by LG was a bit more. Enter Sony. I remember in the late seventies/early eighties the gold standard it TV was the Trinitron. Over the years Sony has risen and fell and they’re currently not just riding a rise, but continuing to ascend. This brought me to this HDTV. It’s the absolute lowest priced model by a major manufacturer for its size at the moment. And that combined with it being a Sony interested me. I pulled the trigger and I couldn’t be more pleased. I won’t go into the technical stuff, but I sat down after a slow setup and was blown away. This HDTV really delivers. It’s very bright with a wide angle of view. It is not one of those overly reflective screens that you have to juggle room lighting around which is a plus. In the end, though, it’s the resolution and color that wooed me. Just amazing considering the size and price. I may not be as critical as the videophiles that obsess over minutia, but I know what looks really impressive and right. This set looks impressive, it does colors right even out of the box, and at the price combined with the fact it’s a Sony. Well, I’m more than happy with this set. I do have a sound bar and for movies and music I highly recommend this as a required add-on. That’s about it.
