This is an essential item living down here in the south!
I actually purchased this dehumidifier back in either March / April of 2024. However, late last month it stopped dehumidifying. I contacted Yaufey support since the unit was still under its extended 2-year warranty. The folks there at Yaufey got right on the claim and initiated an immediate return for replacement. They believe the dehumidifier lost refrigerant.I received a new replacement Yaufey dehumidifier this afternoon. All of this in just a matter of a few days.
I held on to the original box that the non-working unit arrived in, some packed it up in its box and will return it via FedEx tomorrow. Yaufey provided me with a pre-paid shipping label.If that’s not excellent customer service, then I don’t know what else to say. These folks have been exceptional with their communication efforts and willingness to take care of us! I am absolutely staying with this brand and this product, cause it does an excellent job of keeping the humidity level in check within our living space.

This 120 qt. model is ideal for our living area. It runs quiet enough for what it has to do and does it well. -
Great – solid build quality- quiet operation with easy adjustment for temp and humidity- enjoy the 3 fan speeds and the different modes – works great in my lower level on a concrete slab – easy to empty water container. Recommended. Noticed it keeps a comfort level of the temperature with A/C better.

I noticed that my home when not running the AC has I higher humidity level being that I live in Florida I was concerned about mold.
I have an older dehumidifier but it’s very loud only has one speed and is very bulky taking up too much room and when it turns on the lights dim telling me that it’s a pig on electricy.I order this Yaufey and I’ve been using it for a few days now and we are delighted.The unit has multiple settings for the fan speed and modes like for using it in a basement or living area we have it on sleeping area and it lowered the humidity in our master bedroom the bathroom dressing area the bedroom next to ours and it’s on low.This unit is super quiet and doesn’t bother us while sleeping.The video shows the sound right next to the unit which is at the bottom of our bed.The unit keeps the air moving and also acts like a night light when getting up during the night.The cord is plenty long enough to be used in other areas where your outlet isn’t right next to it.
The water reservoir is a very comfortable size and is equipped with a handle making it easy to control when emptying.
We are so impressed with this so far that we already ordered and received a second unit for another part of our home today and can’t wait to try it but we are waiting the 24 hrs so that the refrigerant oil can settle from shipping as we did with the first unit.Very Important! For a long service life.Be patient
I would definitely recommend and another plus if you register your unit they give you an extra year warranty.
At the price point the functionality and the two year warranty wow! I read a lot of reviews and what I read about this company’s customer service is far superior to others that have purchased at big box stores that have you go back to the manufacturer and to get a run a round and have you jump through hoops.Try one they offer a good return policy so if you don’t like it send it back I don’t think you can go wrong
