I picked up the Veken 11.8” Rain Shower Head with Handheld Combo as part of a small bathroom upgrade, and honestly, it’s made a huge difference. I didn’t realize how much I’d been missing out until I stepped under this thing.
The main rain shower head is massive — it gives you full coverage, like a waterfall. The handheld part is super versatile, with 5 different spray settings, and it’s great for rinsing off quickly or cleaning the shower itself. I had it up and running in maybe 15–20 minutes with just basic tools.
This shower combo is a great way to give your bathroom a luxury feel without spending a ton. It’s functional, stylish, and easy to install. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their shower experience.

For Chinese plastic this unit is solid. We liked the first one enough to buy a second for the other bath. Quick bit of advice, included is a small roll of teflon tape and two rubber washers for connections. Use them and then don’t “schwartznegger” the plastic threads and everything should be leak free

I purchased this unit about 6 months ago, and truly could not be happier. The price was very fair, shipping was quick, and installation was a breeze. 5 minutes or less, and it was up and running. The main larger unit is like a waterfall. Gentle enough so it’s not pounding your head with water, but enough pressure to get your body and hair clean. The sprayer unit has multiple settings to choose from, located right on the handle. Switching from the main sprayer to the handheld is as simple as turning a knob. We are a family of 4, so this product gets used A LOT. We have experienced no issues, no leaks, no pressure problems, no blockages. It’s been perfect. The only problem I had was the possibility of leaving it behind. My family is moving, and the piece that holds the base for the handheld sprayer sticks by an adhesive plate to the tile wall. I couldn’t remove it without damaging the integrity of the wall plate (not the shower, but to the metal holder). And if I did manage to remove it in tact, it would never stick again. I contacted the manufacturer via email explaining my situation, and requested just a new adhesive plate. I received a response very quickly (in just a few hours) stating that they are unable to send a replacement part of my unit, but instead would send out an entirely new setup at no cost! Even the shipping was free, and fast. The product came with a 2 year guarantee, and they honored it with ease. I sent my screenshot proof of purchase, and they asked if I could send a photo of the unit, batch number, and a picture of the tile wall (which they said was totally optional, but it was no trouble at all to do). I am really glad that with the many companies out there, this is the one I purchased from. The unit itself is of great quality, exceeding all of my expectations. The customer service is honestly top-notch. They were so understanding of my situation, and stand by both their products and their customers. I absolutely plan to shop from this company for any future purchases, and would very highly recommend them to anyone.
